      • You may cancel within 24 hours of order placement.
    • Processing status
      • If the order is in Processing (before shipment), cancellation is eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.
    • Post-shipment
      • If the order has shipped due to an error or oversell, cancellation is handled via the returns process; items must be returned in original condition for a refund.
    • Exceptions
      • Digital downloads and final-sale items are excluded unless otherwise stated.

      • Unopened/unused items within 30 days of delivery.
      • Opened items may incur a 10% restocking fee unless defective.

      • If the item is defective/damaged or we erred, return shipping is covered by PreetiComputer; otherwise, the customer covers return shipping.

      • Initiate returns via the portal or by contacting support with your order number; a Return Authorization (RA) number will be issued and must be included on the return.

    • For defective/damaged items within 30 days.
    • Exchanges for size, color, or alternate item follow the standard return flow.
